Reception and meeting spaces can be rented year-round. All sites have free Wi-Fi! Sites available for receptions and meetings include:

Mitchell Hall: This elegant hall is the Gardens largest indoor rental site. The Hall seats 220 guests at tables or can accommodate 300 people standing or lecture style. The facility includes a stage, a kitchen, a skylight and a balcony!  

Gates Hall: Featuring high ceilings and a state-of-the-art lighting system, Gates Hall can hold up to 80 people for a seated dinner, 100 for a standing reception. A screen for projections, microphone, podium and sound system are provided.

Gates Garden Court: High ceilings, sky lights, a stone floor and a lovely display for rare and important botanic illustrations and other exhibits of note highlight this site. This area holds 50-70 guests for a seated dinner or 60-80 guests for a standing reception.

Monet Deck: From this deck, you will enjoy a stunning view of our rich display of summer waterlilies, reminiscent of the ones Monet featured in many of his paintings. The site will hold a maximum of 100 people seated (seating for 75 is provided) or 125 for a standing reception. The Monet Deck is only available from 5 - 9 p.m. Catering by Design is the only caterer approved for this rental space. Outside catering is prohibited. 

Romantic Gardens: This wedding ceremony site can also be used for receptions and parties. It will hold 80 guests for a seated dinner and 100-125 guests for a standing reception.

All-America Selections Garden: This is a colorful site with an abundance of beautiful flowers. It is the only site at Denver Botanic Gardens with a cover, and the tent is surrounded by stunning plants from North America. This site will hold 60 guests seated for a dinner reception or up to 125 guests for a standing reception.

Marnie’s Pavilion: This is our latest indoor addition that features a beautiful two-story mountainous waterfall with an abundance of fresh orchids and ferns. This unique space has floor to ceiling windows that look out on the Gardens. Capacity for this space is 100 standing reception and 80 for a seated reception.

Orangery: This one-of-a kind indoor space offers you a seasonal year-round display reminiscent of the European Renaissance period. It features custom-made Versailles-styled planters showcasing seasonal color, exotic tropicals and Italian cypresses. Capacity for this space is 150 standing reception and 80 for a seated reception.

Terrace (not pictured): This distinctive outdoor space is located west of the Orangery and overlooks the Monet Pond. Capacity for this space is 300 for a standing reception and 200 for a seated reception.
