planned giving

Ways to Support the Gardens
There are as many different ways to support the Gardens as there are needs for your support. There are a lot of factors to consider when planning a gift. If you are not familiar with the concepts and strategies of charitable gift planning, you might want to take a moment to consider some of the factors in planning for the future.

Perennial Friends Society
If you have made an estate provision for the Gardens, or a planned or deferred gift, please consider joining our Perennial Friends Society. If you qualify, please let us know so we can welcome you into the Perennial Friends Society and make sure your gift intentions are properly carried out.

Endowment fund
You may also contribute to Denver Botanic Gardens' endowment fund. Income from this endowment provides the financial margin that supports our programs as we strive to deliver the exceptional.

Estate Planning
If you have already included Denver Botanic Gardens in your estate plans, please let us know by calling us or filling out our estate intention form. We would like to assist you in making certain your intentions will be carried out.

Individual circumstances will vary - as with all tax and estate planning, please consult your attorney or estate specialist. We will be glad to answer questions and offer suggestions confidentially based on your personal circumstances. Please call us or e-mail us. You may also use our information request form.

Especially for kids: Get your hands dirty in the soil station!

It's a fact: The alligator drum and giant amadinda are musical instruments made from plants.

Botanical interest: Children are encouraged to interact with plants, including smelling fragrant chives (Allium schoenoprasum), touching lamb’s ear (Stachys byzantina) and soft artemisia (Artemisia schmidtiana ‘Silver Mound’).
