irrigation system, public safety & ada enhancements

Both potable and non-potable water in the irrigation system will encircle the Gardens, allowing us to implement our water conservation goals. Visitor safety and neighborhood safety will be enhanced through full enclosure of the Gardens' property, and placement of emergency phones and a public address system.
