The focus of the Gift Shop within Denver Botanic Gardens is on gardening, nature, sustainability, and fun! We offer a unique and extensive selection of gardening, eco- friendly and botanical-related gift items for all ages. In our gardening department, you will find many unique hand tools, a large variety of seeds and everything the avid gardener needs for their home garden. We also specialize in eco-friendly items such as T-shirts made from bamboo, gifts manufactured from sustainable resources, and kits to make your own eco-friendly items at your own home. You will also find beautiful vases, silk flowers, all natural bath products, jewelry, greeting cards, and much more.
Our Apparel Department offers a wide variety of hats, gardening aprons, flower pouches, t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets and more. Most items carry Denver Botanic Gardens’ new trademark logo. They make great gifts and are perfect for gardening and daily wear.
Our Book Department, recently expanded, includes titles covering topics ranging from general gardening to regionally specific topics including xeriscaping and high altitude gardening. Relax and enjoy a beverage and a book at our Bistro Café located in the Gift Shop.
Our Plant Department, (May through September Only), offers a variety of unique plants. The focus is on Plant Select® plants, perennials, venus fly-traps and cactus.
You can also purchase our limited-edition book about the Gardens, Gardening with Altitude: Cultivating a New Western Style. Written by several of the internationally known horticulturists and researchers on-staff at the Gardens and lavishly photographed by Scott Dressel-Martin, Denver Botanic Gardens’ official photographer, this book teaches you home gardening techniques unique for the climate here in Colorado.
