Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield 2009/2010 Rates
Rentals are available 7 a.m. to midnight year-round. A minimum 2-hour rental is required on all sites. Rental fee includes free parking and admission for your guests, privacy for your event for the scheduled amount of time and an on-site event coordinator. MEMBERS AND NON-PROFITS RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT ON RENTAL FEES!

POLICIES
A 50 percent security deposit (non-refundable) is due 10-days following booking the site. The balance of your fee is due 30 days before the event, along with your set-up requirements. Once the date, time, and location for your event have been decided, a contract will be sent to you to be signed and returned with the deposit. In addition to the security deposit you will be required to submit a separate form of payment for a damage deposit that will be held and returned within two weeks following your event should the site be found in an acceptable condition. The damage deposit will also be held if you exceed your allotted time. Please plan accordingly to allow for set-up, clean-up and breakdown.
