From wedding planning and formalwear to food, wine and floral design, the Gardens' Wedding Showcase offers solutions to all types of wedding needs. In addition, there are great prize giveaways. Last year awards included three wedding sites and more than 30 gifts and prizes!
New this year: The wedding showcase has added two new features: "The Man Lounge" and dance instruction. "The Man Lounge" will have video games, 50" flat screen TVs and vendors featuring information on adventures like rock climbing. Dance instructors will be on hand to teach the latest salsa, tango and line-dancing moves.

- Wedding cakes and desserts (wine, champagne and food samples from Catering by Design, the Gardens’ exclusive caterer)
- Limousine and party buses
- Wedding favors
- Wedding officiants
- Wedding planners
- Invitation designers
Attendees will be given "passports" when they arrive at the event. These passports allow guests to interact with each vendor, as well as sample a variety of food, wine and entertainment options at the Gardens and to enter a contest to win a wedding site of their choice.
"Brides can find the dresses of their dreams, see photographers' work, get a preview of Denver Botanic Gardens' one-of-a-kind wedding sites and our newest locations for outdoor wedding receptions: the Terrace, Orangery and Marnie’s Pavilion," says Garden Rentals Manager Keisha Makonese. "Additionally, we are offering the opportunity to pre-book wedding dates at Denver Botanic Gardens on that day. That's two weeks before we open our books to the public."
The Wedding Showcase is an event that makes it simple for brides to plan their entire wedding. Each bride’s passport enters her into a drawing for fabulous prizes including a free wedding site or reception site at Denver Botanic Gardens.
Tickets for Denver Botanic Gardens’ Wedding Showcase are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
Guests can register in advance online.
