administrative assistant - membership
Under general supervision provides support to Director of Membership, Visitor and Volunteer Services through performing a variety of general administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma and a minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated strong proficiency with standard office equipment and software including Microsoft Office, Outlook and scheduling software. Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge a plus. Must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Must be flexible and able to handle multiple and changing priorities. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
